What are the registration fees?

Early registration ends Thursday, September 18, 2025. Refunds requests received from the day registration opens until Thursday, September 18, 2025 are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received between September 18, 2025 and October 2, 2025 are subject to a $40 administrative fee. Refunds after October 2, 2025 are not given. Registrations are nontransferable. Refund requests must be received in writing to events@mirealtors.com

*The introductory rate for first-time attendees will be verified from past convention attendance records. If attended previously, full rate applies and will be charged. First timer rate is nontransferable

**Registration as a guest for The Convention is confirming that you do not hold a real estate or appraiser license and that you are not involved in the real estate industry. Those who falsely register as a guest are subject to cancellation or registration without a refund.

***Additional Exhibitor Registrations provide admittance to events held in the expo only.

By registering for a Michigan Realtors® event, I understand that still or motion pictures may be taken of me while attending the event and give permission for images to be used to promote Michigan Realtors® events. Such images will remain the property of Michigan Realtors®.

Does my spouse/guest pay the same registration fee?

That will depend. If they will be participating in all convention events or are an industry professional, yes, they pay the full registration rates. If they are only attending the social events and are not in the real estate industry they can attend at the guest rate.

Can I register once I arrive at The Amway Grand Plaza Hotel?

Yes! Once you arrive at The Amway Grand Plaza Hotel you may register in the Center Concourse, Level 2. Additionally, you can pick up your name badge and other important convention materials at this location. Admission to ALL functions is with your name badge ONLY and WILL be monitored. Registration is required to attend any and all events. Badges are not transferable.

What does the registration fee include?

The full registration fee will include all The Convention program activities with the exception of recreational activities or some invitation only events. This includes the Welcome Reception, Expo, knowledge sessions, Grand Assembly, networking breaks, lunch in the Expo on Thursday, Happy Hour in the Expo, Realtor® Royale and many opportunities for networking. The daily registration includes only that entire days activities, except for invitation only events.

Do you have a mobile friendly schedule?

Absolutely! You can view the complete schedule on any mobile device through our event app [click here to download] or through your web browser at mirealtors.connect.space. Printed agendas will not be available onsite.

Is there an event app?

What are the refund and cancellation policies?

I can't come to The Convention after all. Can someone take my place?

Registrations are non-transferrable. However, under certain extenuating circumstances an exception may be made. Please contact Michigan Realtors® staff if you need to make a request for a transfer at 517-372-8890. Otherwise the refund schedule will apply.

What is the attire?

Enjoy The Convention in business casual attire. Remember meeting space can vary in temperature so dress in layers for optimal comfort. Pack your comfortable shoes and prepare to get your steps in! As you travel home, we know comfort is key. Friday is casual day; rock your jeans and favorite Realtor® tee!

Who attends?

The Convention is the premier real estate education and trade show in the state of Michigan attended by agents, brokers, and appraisers in the residential and commercial areas who want to advance professionally. On average, over 1,100 attend.

Do you offer Continuing Education (CE)?

Yes! Most knowledge sessions are submitted for CE credit. The agenda will reflect CE certification and type at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

How is CE tracked?

Every attendee name badge has a unique QR code which will be scanned in and out of each CE session for tracking purposes.

When will CE credits earned at The Convention show in my CE Marketplace account?

Credits earned will be reported to your CE Marketplace account within 10 business days following the event.

What is the deadline for award nominations?

All nominations for Realtor® of the Year, Realtor® Active in Politics, and Good Neighbor awards must be submitted by 5 pm on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Submission links have been emailed to all local association executives.
